Terms of Service
All prices listed are priced as "cash with order". Cash means a company check, VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express (We cannot accept international credit cards) we do not accept Paypal.

Pricing and Product Specifications:

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may have typographical errors. The customer must assume the responsibility of asking Echotone Music LLC to verify selling prices and product specifications. Echotone Music LLC is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock.We are also not responsible for anyone using a stolen credit card to purchase products from us or on our website.

Echotone Music Can give no warranty on any product we sell. You must contact the manufacturer for these instances where warranty repair or service is needed.

A return email or phone call notice must be made with in 10 days of purchase for us to provide a return authorization number and facilitate a return or refund of any kind. The item can not just be returned or you many not receive a full refund. If you are an official dealer of the product you purchase you can not return that product. It will be non returnable and a refund will not be processed.

Return Procedure
Any merchandise returned to Echotone Music LLC, must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees. Re-socking fees vary from 10% to 25% depending on the condition of the items on return.  Returns must be received with in 14 days of you getting your item.

International Customers:
We do not accept orders on our website for shipment outside of the US. This includes orders shipped to Puerto Rico or APO/FPO boxes. Due to manufacturer agreements.
However you can call our office and we can determine if there are such items that can qualify on a case by case basis. Email or call 585-405-4375 to see if we can process your request.

Products that can not be returned- International Sales Clearance items, items purchased with a stolen credit card, Custom Builds, 0ther dealer/distributor Purchases, Road Cases, DT12 items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, used or NOS items, electronic software downloads, demo gear, computer Cards, vacuum tubes, earbuds, harmonicas raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, fog fluid
