Returns Policy

Returns/Refunds- If there is truly a manufacturing defect a return tag will be provided. Otherwise customer pays for return shipping. Returned items must be sealed/unopened to qualify for a full refund. Refunds are for the Item cost only. Gear returned with out all its original packaging, & accessories or shows signs of wear, is subject to an additional service fee. This item is now used and it would be unfair to resell to another customer as new. 

What products can not be returned? - International Sales Clearance items, Custom Builds, Road Cases, DT12 items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, used or NOS items,  electronic software downloads, demo gear, computers, vacuum tubes, earbuds, harmonicas raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, fog fluid


We can ship to virtually any address in the in the USA and Canada. We also offer Freight services for multiple pallet items that will be over 150lbs or Large subwoofers and ATA cases that can not ship with UPS services

While we pride ourselves in excellent packing and expedited shipping nationwide, what we also stand for is minimal packaging. Every product that ships out goes out in the minimum amount of packaging required to get the items to their destination safely and securely. No more, no less.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many of the larger items can raise up in price from time to time as carriers raise their rates from time to time. We do our best to provide fair and the best shipping rates available.
