Are all the products on this website brand new sealed units with manufacturers warranty?
Yes, all products are brand new.. We dont sell B stock, used gear or open box items at all. Everything we offer is brand new stock and never opened.

Do we drop ship?
No. We are not drop shippers and never have been. We have the units in our possession and sell directly to you. You're buying directly from the authorized dealer. We take pride in providing high quality audio equipment directly to you. We also do not supply dropshippers with equipment either.

Is ETM an authorized dealer of the brand names on this website?
Absolutely.
We are direct authorized dealers of every brand name on our site. Thanks to all the companies that trust us to sell their products

Do we stock Whirlwind Products?
Whirlwind has an extensive 3000 sku library of products. We of course can not carry all of them.. However we try our best to carry a lot of units for quicker shipment. This is a year in and year out project working on having a variety of Whirlwind units available for faster shipment. That way you can get your gear quicker and get the show on the road.

Are there longer wait times for some Whirlwind Items?
Yes.
Many whirlwind Snakes, Power distros, concert splitters and Broadcast interfaces have much longer build times. If you need more information on this regarding a whirlwind product you want to order, please feel free to reach out to us before ordering.

Do we offer 2nd day air and overnight shipments?
Yes.
At checkout you will be able to choose, ground, 2nd day air, or overnight shipment. So if you need it fast. We got you covered.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes we take phone orders everyday. Feel free to call and talk to us directly when placing your order. We are here to help and would love to get to know you, your company and your audio visual needs.

Is our gear stored in climate control areas and smoke free?
Yes. Our Warehouse areas are dry climate controlled areas and units are always handled with care. All of our storage areas are smoke free.
